Overview of the assignment

WWW is recruiting Knowledge Management consultant to facilitate a two-day training for WWW partners on learning and knowledge management with specific emphasis on how to distil, learn, share and act on best practices arising from the implementation of the WWW project; and develop a knowledge management plan for the WWW project.

The main purpose of the consultancy is to inculcate a culture of learning within the WWW project based on what we do and/or what staff know - in their various capacities - by virtue of their training or experience. It is expected that the training and the resulting products would help ensure information reaches the right people through proper systems and processes – helping the use and reuse of existing knowledge and experiences, developing new knowledge and sharing it cost effectively across the project with a view to avoiding loss of know-how, duplication and reinventing the wheel.
