Job Details

• Reviewing for approval all site plan applications for developments at Konza Technopolis.
• Reviewing for approval all construction permit applications for development at Konza Technopolis.
• Supervising inspection to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Overall Surveillance and monitoring of developments and Konza Technopolis to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Konza Masterplan.
• Reviewing and issuance of occupation certificates for fully compliant developments approved for Konza Technopolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Physical Planning or relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and;
• Proficiency in computer applications;
• Good communication skills;
• Meets the provisions of the Chapter Six of the Constitution
