    Agronomists

    • Responsible for managing and improving the agricultural practices involved in the cultivation of avocados for packaging and oil production.
    • This role includes overseeing avocado farm operations, providing technical expertise on soil health, irrigation, pest control, and crop management to optimize the quality and yield of avocado harvests.
    • The Agronomist collaborates with farmers, farm managers, and production teams to ensure sustainable and efficient farming practices that align with the company’s quality standards.
    • Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science or a related field. 
    • Solid and proven analytical background with an ability to conduct soil and crop analysis, research development and pest and weed management.
    • At least 3 years hands-on experience on crop, farming system or agricultural research.
    • Strong commitment to safety, Health and Environment
