Job description

 Duties and responsibilities entails:

• Assist in daily coordination of transport facilities and services (work tickets, vehicle cleaning, repairs and maintenance, allocation, insurance, fuelling, accident handling etc.
• Assist in facilities management (repair & maintenance, management of lease agreement, office space planning, furniture layout, facilities, office parking slots, washrooms, lighting, air circulation etc.)
• Assist in work environment management in liaison with contractors and service providers (cleanliness, fumigation, emergency procedures, health, fire protection/safety and waste management)

Person Specifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field from a recognized institution
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field from a recognized institution
• Thirteen (13) years working experience five (5) of which must be in management level
• Supervisory Skills course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution
• Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
• A leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks
• Certificate in computer application
• Membership to a relevant professional body
• Demonstrated results in work performance
• Computer literacy.
• Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
