    Business Development Executive (Hybrid Marketing Role)

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can seamlessly combine digital marketing prowess with strategic client engagement. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns
    • Leverage email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and Instagram to attract prospects
    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of B2B clients
    • Conduct targeted field visits for demos and client onboarding when necessary
    • Monitor and report on key sales and marketing performance metrics
    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client needs

    Performance Expectations

    • Generate qualified leads weekly
    • Close new accounts and build lasting partnerships
    • Drive measurable growth in client acquisition and service uptake

    Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

    • 2 - 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or sales
    • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
    • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools:
      • Google Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite
      • Mailchimp, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM platforms (Zoho, Hubspot)
    • Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet KPIs
    • Market research and competitor analysis skills are a plus
    • Ability to represent the brand professionally in both digital and physical settings
