Capacity Strengthening and Sustainability Technical Advisor at Palladium International

Position Description

Palladium’s Center of Technical Excellence (CoTE) portfolio seeks a Capacity Strengthening and Sustainability Technical Advisor who will be responsible for supporting various project and corporate-level initiatives across the company. The Technical Advisor will report to the Workforce Development Director based in Washington, D.C.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Technical Advisor will be expected to support:

Project Level

• Final client reporting for NPI EXPAND Kenya
• Primary health care (PHC) and capacity strengthening (CS) under PROPEL Health Kenya

Corporate Level

• Sustainability efforts under the CoTE portfolio
• New business development proposals for the CoTE and Global Health portfolios
• Cross-country capacity strengthening (CS) and health systems strengthening (HSS) work
