Digital Marketing Assistant at Techwin

• We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Section.

 Responsibilities

• Create, publish and manage content across all company’s social media platform such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. 
• Capture engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and social media use. 
• Manage and optimize the company’s Google My Business and Google Merchant Center profiles. 
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and industry trends. 
• Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, promotions, and announcements. 
• Maintain a dynamic media contact list and conduct proactive media outreach to gain coverage. 
• Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers. 
• Monitor, manage, and respond to online reviews and public feedback. 
• Propose and execute community involvement initiatives to boost brand visibility and goodwill. 
• Manage and maintain existing customer relations through thoughtful communication and regular follow-up. 
• Prepare monthly analytics reports detailing performance insights (engagement, traffic, lead  generation) and strategic recommendations. 

Qualifications

• Diploma in Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing. 
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, SEO & analytics, email marketing and  google platforms.
