    Future Sales Leader

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a highly ambitious and self-driven professional with a passion for sales and a hunger for success. This role is designed for someone who envisions themselves evolving into a BDM, Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer in the coming years. With direct mentorship from the board and shareholders, the right candidate will have an unparalleled opportunity to grow into a top leadership position within the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Drive business development with large enterprises and public sector clients, understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.
    • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
    • Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.
    • High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.
    • Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
    •  Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.

    Key Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: A management degree from a top-tier global business school (e.g., IIM) is mandatory
    • Experience: 0-2 years of proven, IT Solutions sales experience focused on hunting, acquiring new accounts, and competitive market analysis. Fresh management graduates from premier business schools are encouraged to apply.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong exposure to selling IT solutions to public sector sales, large enterprises, and multilateral institutions will be a plus. 
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales initiatives that align with business goals.
    • Ambition & Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive environment.
    • Leadership Potential: A clear desire to take on greater responsibility, with the capability to become a top leader in the company.
    • Global Mindset: Experience working in international markets, with a strong focus on Africa.
