They are seeking an exceptional General Manager to build this business from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the mandate to develop strategy, operating models, and teams that merge property management precision with hospitality excellence.
You’ll oversee the full ecosystem, from leasing operations and amenity activation to digital service platforms and financial performance, ensuring residents and investors alike experience measurable value and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years’ experience in property or hospitality leadership, ideally within serviced residences, mixed-use developments, or branded living environments.
