Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust operational risk framework across banking and insurance divisions.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to ensure business resilience.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of operational risk experience spanning both banking and insurance.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership experience in a multinational financial institution.
• Ability to work across diverse markets and regulatory environments.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, FRM, or equivalent is advantageous.
