    Head, Compensation, Benefits & Analytics

    Job Purpose Statement

    • The main purpose of this role is to lead the Group Compensation, Benefits and Analytics functions within the Human Resource & Culture Division.
    • The role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the organization’s total remuneration strategy.
    • A key part of the role is ensuring human resources compliance with the NCBA Group Human Resource Policies & Procedures, legal and regulatory framework.
    • This position leads the team in provision of proactive and insightful data-led HR insights to the business.

    Ideal Job Specifications
    Academic:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited university.
    • Master’s degree in strategic management or business administration, or other similar relevant qualification is an added advantage.

    Professional:

    • At least 10 years’ experience in HR, 4 of which should have been in a senior management capacity in a similar sized organisation.
    • Professional qualification in HR- CHRP/ Higher Diploma in HR
    • CPA qualification required.
    • Active member- IHRM

    Desired work experience:

    • Proven track record of consistently supporting the achievement of an organisation’s people strategy, with a market reputation of being a trusted advisor on matters pertaining to HR
    • In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, banking services
    • and banking regulations.
    • Sound working knowledge and understanding of all labourregulations and practices
