Overall purpose of the job

• Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support to achieve timely and efficient management of reception operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate registration of patients and verification of benefits.
• Maintain pleasant front office environment.
• Manage client appointments.
• Accurate billing and collection of revenue
• Generate periodic reports.
• Requision and petty cash management.

Position Requirements and Other Competencies

• Diploma in a business-related course.
• Three (3) years of appropriate experience in Front Office/ Reception operations.
• Good customer service and people skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
