Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Naivasha for a Human Resources Specialist at Superior Hotels Kenya. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in HR-related tasks and functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Member of IHRM and in good standing
