ICT Consulting Intern at Dorbe-Leit Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT and business processes.
• Support the development and implementation of ISO standards and best practices within client projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data for various consulting engagements.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to consultants as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of ITSM tools and concepts is a MUST.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
