    Lead Product Sales Specialist

    Job Description Summary

    As a Products Sales Specialist, promote our GA PAC System offering leveraging our global Projects package (M&D, CIC, APM). Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Should collaborate with Account Management and Tendering Teams to achieve commercial objectives. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve expected outcomes.

    Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead the structuring of deals, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
    • Actively engage in customer negotiations and support tendering processes.
    • Identify new opportunities for growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal efficiency.
    • Balance responsibilities between sales origination and proposal management.
    • Analyze complex commercial challenges and provide well-informed recommendations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage market insights.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field from an accredited university
    • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in a sales-focused role in cross-functional teams (Sales, Tendering, Project Management, and Engineering) and with multinational clients
    • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales processes, including opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal development, and contract negotiation
    • Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the energy, utilities, or industrial automation sector
    • Solid commercial awareness and the ability to influence business strategy
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in high-impact commercial settings
    • Fluent in English

    Desired Characteristics

    • Experience in grid automation, energy sector, or related fields is a plus
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
