    Legal Clerk (Court Process Server)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Officer: -

    • Maintain effective records and filing system;
    • Receiving and dispatching legal correspondence to entities and stakeholders;
    • File and serve court documents;
    • Maintaining and updating files systematically and accurately for quick access and retrieval;
    • Maintaining and updating master diary for court cases; and
    • Perform any other function as may be necessary for the effective discharge of the duties and the exercise of the powers of the County Attorney

    Requirements for Appointment

    • Have a Diploma in Law, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
    • Be a certified court process server;
    • Have a current process server License;
    • Have not less than 3 years’ experience as a court process server; and
