Migori County is a county in the former Nyanza Province of southwestern Kenya. It is located in western Kenya and borders Homa Bay County, Kisii County, Narok, Tanzania and Lake Victoria to the West. The county also borders Uganda via Migingo Island in Lake Victoria.

Be a Kenyan citizen
Be a holder of a Diploma Certificate in Medical Engineering from a recognized training institution.
Minimum of C Plain in KCSE
Ability and competence in organizing, Performing and discharging duties and responsibilities as a Medical Engineering Technologist II
Be a holder of a Diploma/ Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institutions and have a one-year work experience.
Have a registration certificate and a valid practicing license issued by the Medical Engineering Council of Kenya.
