Description

• Responsible for end-to-end coordination of shipment handling processes within respective sections.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and adherence to work instructions.
• Ensures high standards of quality, data accuracy, and productivity are maintained.
• Supports a seamless and efficient customer experience.
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
• Maintains cold chain (cool chain) integrity throughout all stages—acceptance, storage, dispatch, and destination follow-up.
• Provides clear operational guidelines and expectations across handling stages.
• Supports safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely dispatch aligned with flight schedules and operational plans.
• Leads and monitors key logistics processes to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma in logistics & supply chain management or any related field in cargo handling.
• 2+ years in cargo or warehouse intake/logistics.
• Additional training in cargo handling operations, DGR, and cold chain management.
• Hands-on experience of at least 2 (two) years and above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®, and others)
• Knowledge in CargoWise is an added advantage
