Our client is seeking a proactive Partnership and Resource Mobilization Manager to lead the development and implementation of local and international fundraising initiatives. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with government, church, corporate, NGOs, and individual philanthropists to support the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a 5-year local fundraising and partnership plan.
Set annual fundraising targets, budgets, and track monthly progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and county governments, churches, international agencies, foundations, and individual donors.
Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and partnership engagements.
Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and maintain a database of partners and donors.
Provide regular progress updates and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Membership in a professional marketing or resource mobilization association.
4–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or partnership development.
Strong skills in report writing, CRM databases, marketing automation tools, and communication.
