    People Operations Officer

    • If you’re passionate about HR, tech-savvy, and ready to make a real impact in shaping how we work, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Smooth onboarding of new hires
    • Supporting recruitment and HR policies
    • Managing employee data and HR metrics
    • Assisting in payroll preparation
    • Driving day-to-day HR operations

    Requirements:

    • 1–3 years’ HR administration experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Knowledge of HR policies & employment laws (Kenya/Tanzania/DRC)
    • Tech-savvy with HRIS knowledge a plus
