    Product Development Agronomist

    This is an exciting chance for an ambitious professional passionate about agricultural innovation, farmer empowerment, and sustainable food systems.

    Role Highlights

    • Lead new product development (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection)
    • Design and execute field trials and demonstrations
    • Provide technical agronomy support to farmers, distributors, and sales teams
    • Develop training programs and educational materials
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams for product launches
    • Analyze agronomic data to guide future strategies

    What They’re Looking For

    • Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc minimum)
    • 2+ years’ experience in product development (seed business/export crops is an advantage)
    • Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and communication
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sustainable farming
