Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Economics (Master’s preferred). 
• Minimum of 5 years in business development, revenue optimization, or strategic sales—ideally in the real estate or professional services sector. 
• Proven track record in growing revenue, leading high-performing teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. 
• Strong understanding of real estate operations, commissions structures, and regulatory frameworks. 
• Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling capability. 
• Tech-savvy: proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and business analytics tools.
