Senior Marketing & Communications Executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

• In this role, you will build and leverage a broad understanding of the Firm's solutions and value proposition, industries, service lines and work alongside the business in identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions. To be successful, you will be adaptable and work across different industries and service areas to maximise opportunities.
• Work with PwC Kenya’s Client & Markets portfolio, including but not limited to priority accounts, industry, Client Relationship Management (CRM) insights, thought leadership, both traditional and digital communications and events.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans and monitor results.  
• Recommend marketing and business growth priorities and share with leaders for alignment and execution. 
• Ensure through brand compliance and quality in communications on initiatives such as thought leadership in portfolio. 
• Prepare timely reports and participate or lead stakeholder discussions. 
• Prepare and integrate research insights  in focus areas 
• Champion communications including digital channels recommending unique ways to engage the targeted market.  
• Provide training with the Manager to encourage adoption of related tools and platforms. 
• Awareness and knowledge of AI, data analytics and other technological advancements and their application in marketing to enhance efficiency. 

Minimum years experience required

• A degree holder with 3-4 years of experience in industry or professional services including some experience in marketing/communications/business development.
