Social Media & Community Manager at Social Funnel

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ll be working with our team to plan content calendars, shoot on-site video and photo content, post across platforms, and engage the audience consistently. If you’re organized, good with people, and have an eye for what works online—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and attend content shoots (with clients and/or production team)
• Plan and maintain content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Write captions that sound human, perform well, and align with client voice
• Post content on time and track basic engagement metrics
• Engage with online communities (comments, DMs, groups)
• Share relevant trends, ideas, and competitor content with the team
• Coordinate with photographers, editors, or content creators where neededIdeal Candidate Traits
• Based in Nanyuki (or willing/able to travel regularly)
• Confident communicator, good with people
• Can manage multiple platforms and clients without dropping the ball
• Familiar with short-form content and social media trends
• Bonus: basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
• Bonus: experience managing online communities or running brand accounts
