Telesales Agent Interns at Mombo Sacco

We are on the lookout for energetic and creative Telesales Agent Interns who will take charge of selling and marketing Mombo Sacco’s products and services. This role involves engaging both prospects and existing customers through telephone, email, and social media channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruiting new members, managing customer relationships, mobilizing deposits, lending, and facilitating loan collections. After a successful three-month paid internship period, successful candidates shall be absorbed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers through telephone, emails, and social media to promote Mombo Sacco's comprehensive range of products and services.
• Actively recruit new customers and expand Mombo Sacco’s membership base.
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, guiding them throughout their lifecycle with Mombo Sacco.
• Mobilize deposits by promoting savings plans and encouraging regular contributions.
• Facilitate lending processes and assist customers in accessing affordable loan facilities.
• Conduct loan collections, ensuring timely repayments and managing overdue accounts with tact and empathy.
• Develop creative strategies to engage customers virtually, enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
