    Administrative Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the Administrative Coordinator to ensure that outsourced administrative services are running smoothly.
    • Ensure the office is cleaned well and on time.
    • Purchase office supplies and consumables on time and maintain tracker/ inventory of utilization of supplies.
    • Facilitate staff travel arrangements and accommodation where necessary.
    • Facilitate the smooth running of the meal and transport programmes by preparing employee lists for utilization of the services and being present during meal service and transport boarding
    • Handle logistics for staff activities such as team buildings and offsite meetings as required
    • Regular checks of facility to report and document any maintenance issues that may arise in a timely manner and ensure they are handled upon approval
    • Manage the office main reception including handling all visitors, incoming and outgoing calls and parcels/ packages
    • Work closely with the HR team to ensure all new staff are on-boarded within set timelines
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the technology industry
    • 2+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good team player
    • Good organizational and planning skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Office application

    Wellbeing and Psychosocial Support Services Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist and support provision of a safe outlet and relief to staff through counselling in order to enhance their productivity.
    • Provision of resilience counselling, support to staff,planning and facilitating group counseling processes.
    • Psychologically empower staff in an effort to manage stress and burnout.
    • Assist in the provision of continuous psychological assessments and identify areas of support required.
    • Supporting the Wellbeing Manager and the training team to develop curriculum for personal development and wellness programmes.
    • Assist to identify any trends from counseling sessions and advise the Wellbeing Manager on strategies to manage and enhance employee wellness.
    • Supporting the Wellbeing Manager to schedule and plan for counseling and wellbeing sessions and develop periodic reports.
    • Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure that all work with clients is confidential and that ethical practices are observed at all times
    • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling or a related field.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain neutrality, impartiality and confidentiality in all aspects of work undertaken.
    • Good report writing and observational skills.
    • Ability to handle issues with empathy .
    • Excellent skills in organization, attention to detail and time management (including the ability to meet deadlines)
    • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
    • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and needs and willingness to work across different shifts

    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 3-4 years’ experience in providing trauma and workplace counselling.
    • Member of KCPA or other recognized accredited body for counselors.
