    Beautician

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide high quality beauty services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel application, Stick on’s, OverABlays,Overlay refills, Acrylics, Gum gel, Gum gel refills, Lashes, Micro blading, Make up, Facials,Massage, Waxing, Body scrub among others.
    • Advice clients on nail care, skin care, body care routines and after care products.
    • Maintain station, tools and equipment condition and hygiene always.
    • Work seamlessly with the assistants for the satisfaction of the clients.
    • Engage in social media about your work and the salon for the overall growth of the salon

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Ability to manage time well i.e reporting on time and working well within the stipulated service times.
    • Attention to details in regard to clients’ needs and expectation.
    • Ability to work well under pressure from clients but still deliver.
    • Excellent customer service.
    • Knowledge of current beauty services and protocols.
    • Ability to follow instructions from the superiors and clients.
    • Ability to work with others for the overall growth and success of the salon.

    Sales Operations & Reporting Executive

    Duties:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and performance dashboards using advanced MS Excel and SAP (where applicable) to support data-driven decision-making by management.
    • Coordinate and provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, documentation, and ensuring timely communication with both internal teams and customers.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, monitor progress against targets, and highlight areas requiring improvement for the Animal Feeds business.
    • Liaise with management, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and the resolution of queries or challenges in a timely manner.
    • Organize and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines, including preparing presentations, supporting sales campaigns, and ensuring compliance with reporting and operational requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, admin support, or commercial operations.
    • Mandatory experience in the Animal Feeds industry.
    • Strong background in reporting, data management, and sales support functions.

    Direct Sales Agent position - Garissa

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate Sales – as per Targets – for Airtime, Acquisitions & Devices
    • Monitor inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory
    • Movements and physical stock daily
    • Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales
    • Support and implement the customer experience improvement strategies for increased sales
    • Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuration of data devices

    Qualifications- Academic and Professional

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field Experience
