    Facilities Manager

    Job Description

    • Control and monitor repairs and maintenance of all company buildings and work centers (water, electricity, gas, temperature, lifts, furnishing, etc.) to guarantee compliance government regulations, environmental and health and security standards
    • Supervise the activities carried out by contracted maintenance and repair services and compare offers and budgets of the same to guarantee the most profitable option for the Company with regards to both cost and quality.
    • Supervise the invoices generated by general services, including office supplies and equipment, to guarantee that they comply with the suppliers' contracts and correct possible deviations that could be detected.
    • Carry out the administrative and document control for premises and offices rented by the Company, in order to ensure compliance with the details agreed to in the leasing contracts and to detect and solve possible incidents that could arise.
    • Control the correspondence (internal and external), courier and postal services to guarantee their correct functioning and compliance with the timings of both pickup and delivery to the corresponding addressees, as well as document archiving.
    • Manage the rental, renewal and exit from all company residences
    • Directly manage the work and residence permits and VISA process for international travel
    • Managing fuel consumption for vehicles and generators and develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
    • Manage license, certification, fleet, maintenance, insurance and other associated transport needs
    • Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules and provide them the necessary logistics for work optimization.
    • Manage company fleet while ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules of vehicles
    • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
    • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning, catering and so on

    Requirements

    • 6-7 years’ experience in a multinational company
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences OR Chartered Institute of Transport and Logistics Member
    • Experience in direct management of a team
    • Ability to Create and design workflow process to ensure that department runs smooth
    • Excellent people management skills and the ability to get results through good leadership
    • Attention to detail
    • Organizational, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle varied workload
