    Reservations Officer

    Role Objective

    • An established hotel seeks a reservations agent who is exceptional and able to execute the front desk and reservations area of the hotel.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Handles reservations via phone, email, system referrals, and from internal departments or travel agents.
    • Manages daily correspondence, responds to inquiries, and keeps all files organized and current.
    • Creates, updates, and manages reservation records, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
    • Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system on a timely manner.
    • Processes and monitors advance deposits, tracks availability, and supports occupancy and revenue forecasting.
    • Maintains a professional appearance and work area promotes a courteous and friendly environment.
    • Prepare invoices and sending confirmation details to customers.
    • Manage group reservation and rooming list.
    • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
    • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
    • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
    • Convert enquiries through telephone and direct bookings
    • Perform any other duty as assigned to them by management.

    Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Diploma in Hospitality or related course
    • Minimum 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, 
    • Proficient in hotel reservation system.

    Chief Hostess

    Role Objective

    • Your role is to set the tone for the hotel guests’ experience by bringing welcoming guests warmly, guest flow hospitality and ensuring a pleasant interaction at the hotel clients to ensure satisfaction.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their visit
    • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest flow to keep service smooth and efficient
    • Escort guests to tables and ensure they are comfortable and informed about specials or promotions
    • Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and chefs to deliver seamless service
    • Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and positivity
    • Maintain a polished and approachable appearance that reflects the hotel’s brand
    • Keep the host stand and entrance area organized, clean, and welcoming
    • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
    • Ability to run shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system
    • Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
    • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
    • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

    Job Specifications and Qualifications

    • Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage or Hospitality or related area.
    • At least 3 years Previous experience in hospitality, service experience
    • Proficiency in Ms Office Suite
