    Stock & Credit Control Supervisor (Institutions and Supermarkets)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Confirm payments made by institutions and/or supermarkets
    • Ensure that payments are properly allocated and posted into the correct accounts as and when paid.
    • Ensure institutions and/or supermarkets are following the agreed credit terms and in liaison with the credit policy
    • Customer account reconciliations to ensure KDL and customer accounts are tallying
    • Verify accuracy of invoices before posting to key accounts.
    • Verification of all incoming institutions and/or supermarkets’ contracts forms before commencement of business.
    • Preparing the statements and dispatching them to various customers as and when their credit period is due.
    • Verifications of the yellow copies as and when they are collected by the merchandisers and/or riders.
    • Assisting in stock reconciliation of all the products under the mobile and direct transfer warehouses
    • Preparation of credit notes reports relating to JBPs held with supermarkets
    • Always furnishing the debt collector with the updated aged Debt analysis.
    • Customer relations by solving any account or KDL related issues raised by institutions and/or supermarkets
    • Preparation of end of year debtor circularization letters
    • Preparation of CRB pre-listing and post-listing notices to defaulted accounts
    • Ensuring all the stamped yellow copies from key accounts are received back and filed
    • Any other assignment as may be guided and directed by the sales Administration office from time to time.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

    • Degree in Business studies or Commerce or Accounting with a minimum experience of 2 years working in a manufacturing industry .
    • A strong background in sales accounting background and data analysis and accurately interpretation would be a definite advantage.
    • Possession of a professional Accounting qualification a must CPA section 4.
    • Computer literate with strong competence in MS office package to include Excel, access and power point.
    • Experience with the accounting packages to include Syspro, QuickBooks, Sage, pastel & ERP
    • Effective and impactful communication, sales negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

    Machine Operator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out routine preventive maintenance on packaging filling machines (pneumatic systems, film feed, product feed, and sealing assemblies).
    • Maintain accurate records of operational, mechanical, and electrical activities on packaging filling machines.
    • Ensure effective Cleaning-in-Place (C.I.P.) and sterilization processes are conducted.
    • Monitor and ensure smooth running of packaging filling machines to minimize leakages in pouches, packets, cups, and bottles.
    • Record and monitor packaging material waste for each shift.
    • Handle and store packaging materials hygienically at all times.
    • Ensure accurate packaging of milk, yoghurt, and lala within the required quantity limits.
    • Properly store and secure working tools after use.
    • Verify that packets, pouches, bottles, and cups are correctly coded with clear and legible dates.
    • Maintain detailed activity logs for all assigned tasks.
    • Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations.
    • Adjust machines as needed during changeovers, for different functions, or to meet varying production requirements.
    • Confirm that adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations.
    • Report any machine malfunctions promptly to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action.
    • Liaise with the Production Supervisor on the quantities of milk to be packed.
    • Conduct routine quality checks on packaged products to ensure positive release.
    • Ensure strict compliance with machine operation and maintenance safety practices.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

    • At least a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering & Diploma in Food Science & Technology or Certificate in Dairy Technology.
    • At least 2 years working in a manufacturing set-up with some experience in a Dairy processing plant will be an added advantage
    • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
    • Able to work independently with little supervision.
