    L1 Application Support Engineer

    Responsibilities : 

    • 24X7 availability for team and client. 
    • Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools, Ticketing tools – BMC etc, Mobile Apps, Unix/Linux/Vmware 
    • Responsible for meeting the response and resolution SLA for all the incidents/SR  

    Skills & Abilities 

    • 2-4 years experience in following 
    •  Workign experience in Linux environment (Sun, RHEL OS) 
    •  Mobile Apps support. 
    •  Application Server ( e.g. Tomcat, Apache etc) 
    •  Scripting languages (e.g. Unix shell scripting, Perl). 
    •  Writing SQL queries and understanding of RDBMS (e.g. Oralce, Postgres, Mysql) 
    •  Tcpdump, application and network troubleshooting.
