    Internal Auditor

    Our client, in an investment industry based in Nairobi, is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the above position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems, and compliance frameworks.
    • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, records, and processes to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
    • Ensure the bank’s operations comply with the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), and other relevant regulatory bodies by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management to enhance operational efficiency and control environments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, and Accounting or equivalent
    • CPA-K
    • Must have 2 - 4 years of Experience in Internal Audits.
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct

    Marketing and Communications Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
    • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
    • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
    • Evaluate data, create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
    • Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
    • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
    • Provide support in photography and video editing.

    GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ARTWORK

    • Help in the preparation of artwork content for marketing materials, such as social media posts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter posts, brochures etc.
    • Assist with maintaining the website, social media platforms and database systems.
    • Liaising with various the Marketing Officer and the departmental heads in determining the requirements, timeline and budgets of various institutional projects.
    • Providing support in managing the institution’s various graphic design works, print and production.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
    • 2 years’ relevant experience.
    • Graphic Design Certifications i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
    • Valid certificate of good conduct.
    • Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills.
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
    • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
    • Must exhibit Christian values.

    Sales Personnel

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify business opportunities by prospecting different 
    • Achieve set targets for the sale of land on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis 
    • Book appointments with corporate and other clients; visit them in their offices to present the company’s products, OR invite them to AMG offices for the 
    • Carry out product demonstrations to clients and brief them about the location, benefits, price, and modes of
    • Follow up prospects till the execution of the sale and after-sale 
    • Research and develop new ways of sourcing new clients; identifying institutions that have groups and approaching them for demonstration.
    • Track and record all sales leads and discussions in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) 
    • Coordinate and schedule site visit experience for the clients, by actively ensuring physical presence on every visit to various company projects.
    • Follow up with payments by clients sourced by self (Current debt collection).
    • Provide a weekly report on all leads generated by self and those sourced by AMG, as well as the conversion

    Education and Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution or a diploma in Public Relations
    • Ability to sell and high levels of acumen
    • Exceptional sales and marketing skills with the ability to handle clients to end 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
    • High standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, honesty, and loyalty
    • Ability to multitask with timelines and high level of personal organization
    • Excellent results orientation and a positive attitude
