    Account Manager - Device Financing

    What you will do:

    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned dealers and strategic partners.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, identify gaps, and lead improvement initiatives.
    • Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for partner issues, ensuring swift resolution and continuous satisfaction.
    • Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and feedback from partners to inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, credit, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experience and execution.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities for internal stakeholders.

    What you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or partner management, preferably in fintech, telecom, or consumer electronics.
    • Experience in smartphone financing, digital lending, or BNPL business models
    • Strong understanding of dealer/distributor ecosystems in Kenya

    Sales Support Officer (Device Financing)

    What you will do:

    • Manage a team of sales support officers to provide timely and effective assistance to the sales team
    • Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, agents and promoters via registration and account creation in the Mogo systems (ERP & Partner Portal) 
    • Act as first line support for the dealers, agents and promoters to triage issues and escalate as required  
    • Ensure accurate documentation and validation of dealer, agent & promoter data
    • Standardize and document operational procedures for sales support functions.
    • Provide daily/weekly report on sales support team performance
    • Train and onboard new sales support staff and field agents on company tools, processes, and service expectations
    • Execute all other tasks assigned by line manager efficiently

     

    What you will need:

    • Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
    • 3+ years’ experience in sales support, field operations, or customer onboarding – preferably in a telecom, fintech, or device financing company
    • Strong team leadership and people management skills
    • Experience with Mogo ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Fluency in English and Swahili

    Customer Care and Debt Collection Agent (Smartphone Financing)

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Welcome calls to new customers
    • Early-stage debt collection (reminders and follow-ups)
    • Ongoing customer support through call, WhatsApp, and other channels
    • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as the product scales
    • Ensure that all interactions are aligned with Mogo’s tone of voice and customer experience standards
    • Coordinate with Loan Officers and Field Teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution.

    WHAT YOU NEED

    Business & Financial Controller

    Key responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Analytics, Accounting, and Financial Control teams to design and lead business controls that ensure optimal operational and cost management practices.
    • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and projection processes while ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
    • Initiate and manage cross-functional projects to integrate cost control planning into decision-making and address identified risks and operational improvements, including inventory management, contract management, procurement, vendor management, and accounts payable processes.

    Qualifications

    • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
