    Front Office Manager

    We, Royal Orchard Hotel are looking for a Front office manager to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services.As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.


    • Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
    • Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
    • Schedule the front office staff and supervise workload during shifts
    • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
    • Handle complaints and specific customers requests
    • Troubleshoot emergencies
    • Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines
    • Ensure proper mail distribution
    • Prepare and monitor office budget
    • Act as liaison between the General Manager and staff
    • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met


    • High School Diploma required, advanced degree in hospitality related field preferred
    • Two years of previous front desk manager or front desk supervisor experience is preferred
    • Excellent leadership, management, and team building skills
    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time

    Administrative Assistant

    We, Royal Orchard Hotel are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers


    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
