    Personal Assistant

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Dircetor’s working life and communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Acting as the first point of contact to the Managing Director
    • Managing diaries, organizing meetings, setting appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
    • Receiving phone enquiries and requests, correspondences and handling them where appropriate
    • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation as and when necessary
    • Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
    • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    • Organizing meetings, ensuring the Managing Director is well prepared for meetings and taking minutes
    • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
    • Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
    • Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director

    Job Requirements/Qualification

    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • First Degree in any relevant Discipline
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
