International Justice Mission is an international, non-governmental 501 organization focused on human rights, law and law enforcement. Founded in 1997 by lawyer Gary Haugen of the United States, it is based in Washington, D.C.
The Project Manager is charged with managing and implementing programs that are funded by International Narcotics & Law Enforcement (INL) and JTIP grants, achieving the various objectives in support of the larger goal of combatting human traffcking across Ghana, and engaging with various internal and external shareholders relevant these objectives.
This position includes maintaining relationships with grantors, timely submission of reports, monitoring existing grants until completion, and ensuring that the various teams meet their targets specified in the grants. He/she will collaborate or work with other grant specialists, programme managers, accountants, the LJM team, and partner orgnaisations working on grant-funded projects.

A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM. The statement can either be incorporated into the covering letter or submitted as a separate document and should include, at it minimum, a description of Hour spiritual disciplines (prayer, study, etc.) and your current fellowship or place of worship.
