    County Field Supervisor- Meru

    We invite applications for the position of County Field Supervisor to be based in Meru.The County Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing data collection process for the What Works Project within the assigned county, coordinating, administering research field activities, ensuring smooth implementation of program and operations’ activities and adherence to logistic, human resource and administration procedures. At the County level, the County Field Supervisor represents the organization to relevant stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in research, data collection, or fieldwork management.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team in a field setting.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and REDCap
    • Knowledge of community engagement strategies and cultural sensitivity.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel to various locations as required.
    • Have a valid driving Licence.
    • Familiarity with the study setting will be considered an added advantage
