    Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Equipment

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead business growth in the Nairobi market. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, with a strong ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, close deals and exceed targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
    • Promote and sell air compressors and generators to existing and prospective clients.
    • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
    • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Provide timely market feedback and competitor intelligence.
    • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, ideally in industrial equipment (air compressors or generators strongly preferred).
    • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
    • Familiarity with the Nairobi market is essential.
    • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

    Operations Supervisor – Facilities Management

    To oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of the facilities management business while driving growth through client acquisition and relationship management. The role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and a commercial mindset to support business development initiatives.

    Job Description

    Operational Management

    • Lead and manage all facilities management services (hard and soft services), ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.
    • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to achieve operational efficiency.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and performance contracts.
    • Monitor maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and asset management.

    Team Leadership

    • Supervise, mentor, and motivate site managers, supervisors, and support staff.
    • Recruit, train, and retain skilled team members while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.

    Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facilities management and related services.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing strategies and market positioning.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Prepare operational reports, financial forecasts, and KPI analyses for management.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and occupational health regulations.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in facilities management or property management, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
    • Proven track record in managing large, multi-site facilities operations.
    • Demonstrated success in business development or sales within the FM or related service industry.
