Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order receiving: Receiving incoming shipments from Local Vendors, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Quality Control: Conducting quality checks on received products to ensure they meet specified standards and reporting any issues or discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Processing Accuracy: Ensure accurate order processing with zero errors.
• Time management: Ensure On - Time dispatch of processed orders for Shipping to courier.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the receiving process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize the overall workflow.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree in any related course. (Experience in warehousing is an added advantage)
• Must demonstrate good understanding in Operations & Orderliness.
• Accurate in tasks.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work extended hours or days /Flexibility.
• Must posses good communication skills.
