    Academy Principal

    He/ She must have –

    • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
    • Instructor's Training
    • Training in Middle Level Management
    • Training in Curricula Development
    • IATA DGR CAT 6 Certified Instructor
    • ICAO/KCAA AVSEC Certified Instructor
    • Other IATA Courses will be an added advantage.
    • Practical Experience and Understanding of Aviation Industry is key
