Projects Officer at ICT Authority

Responsible for: Support the management and execution of special ICT projects in Government

Responsibilities

• Execute special ICT projects according to the standards and expectations of the PMO
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets
• Develop and maintain Programme Plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with the PMO approach
• Risk and issue identification and management
• Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards
• Ensure adequate levels of documentation are produced as part of the technical solution
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering)
• Five years’ experience in the ICT field
• Experience in implementation of ICT projects
