IT Supervisor at RA International

We are currently looking for a IT supervisor , with Bachelor’s degree in Computer/CCNA, MCITP. Who has good knowledge in Networking and Wireless technologies especially UNIFI devices.

Selected candidate must be able to:

• Responsible for managing the current IT infrastructure and will troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
• Conduct consistent analyses of a company’s computer systems to determine if existing components meet the company’s need and perform upgrades or updates as needed and maintain the Asset Management system up to date.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Assess existing network serves, operating systems and security programs.
• Upgrade existing network infrastructure to meet the growing company requirement.
• Upgrade existing hardware and software programs.
