    Administration Officer II

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Administration; Business Administration/Management; Community Development or any other Social Sciences from a recognized institution; and
    • Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution

    Job Description
    This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior and more experienced officer. Duties and responsibilities will entail:

     

    • Planning of office accommodation and layout;
    • Facilitating transport and travelling services;
    • Maintain and updating furniture and office inventory;
    • Ensuring payment of bills;
    • Facilitating movement of assets;
    • Carrying out general maintenance of buildings and furniture; and
    • Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events
