Duties and responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities at this level will include:

• Coordinating implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks across departments;
• Developing county performance indicators and targets;
• Supervising data analysis and report generation;
• Facilitating capacity building in Monitoring and Evaluation functions;
• Preparing county Monitoring and Evaluation reports for management and stakeholders; and
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for appointment

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have:

• Served for at least three (3) years as Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Job Group N) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Monitoring Evaluation, Project Planning, Economics, or related field.
• Certificate in Monitoring Evaluation, Project Management, or Data Analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical competence.
