We are seeking skilled and proactive Boiler Technicians to join our team across multiple locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial boilers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement through Kaizen methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers and related systems.

Carry out repairs and servicing of boilers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Install, assemble, and commission new boiler equipment where required.
Diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems, replacing defective parts as necessary.
Monitor boiler performance parameters and adjust controls to ensure maximum efficiency.
Implement TPM practices to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
Ensure availability of spare parts by liaising with procurement and stores teams.
Train operators on correct boiler usage, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support process improvements.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide on-call support for emergency boiler breakdowns when required.
Recommend process improvements, upgrades, or modifications to enhance equipment efficiency and safety.
Requirements
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
