Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver and facilitate business strategy workshops, info sessions and webinars
2. Deliver quality coaching sessions in a timely manner
3. Assist clients with their strategies
4. Be involved in Business Development
5. Prepare comprehensive activity reports
6. Master the Leadership development program - LAMP
7. Conduct research on and develop business plans

Required Specifications

1. 4yrs experience running or managing a business (whether you succeeded or failed at it)
2. Experience, knowledge and exposure in business functions, business strategy and entrepreneurship
3. Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
4. Additional certification courses in entrepreneurship and business strategy will be an advantage
5. Experience working with SMEs and entrepreneurs
6. Possess advanced report writing skills
7. Possess great training, facilitation and presentation skills
8. Knowledge in proposal writing and tender preparation is an advantage
9. Effective oral and written communicator
10. Ability to plan, set and attain goals
11. Adaptable and flexible - available on call and willing to travel when required
