    Business Development Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve monthly KPIs in disbursement, collections, and customer growth.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Maintain a database of potential customers and prepare weekly reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Business-related Diploma/Degree.
    • 2+ years in sales/marketing; microfinance experience is a bonus.
    • Strong communication and customer relations skills.
