Support in the development of content for social media posts, video, podcasts and other content that promotes the work of IJM.
Plan, promote, and execute events such as press conferences, training and community engagement programs, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Track various media outlets to keep the organization informed on public perception and industry trends.
Assist in shaping and maintaining IJM brand identity and perception online and off line.
Support the execution of social media strategy, including content creation and scheduling.
Manage the digital archive and maintain an organized file-management system for images and videos, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Work with cross functional teams to align communication strategy with program outcome
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the communications team.
Requirements:
Degree in journalism or communications, marketing, public relations or any other related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (particularly Premiere Pro, InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent.
Experience in graphic design, video production and photography.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
