Data Entry Clerk (3 Positions) at ATC West Healthcare

Our client, in the FMCG sector seeks to hire an organized and energetic Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

Gross Salary: Ksh 15,000 per Month

Duration: 3 months

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
2. Type in data provided directly from customers
3. Assist in informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
5. Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
6. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
7. Update existing data
8. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
9. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
10. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

 Qualifications and Requirements

1. CPA Section 2
2. Knowledge of MS Office
3. Computer Proficiency with the capability of entering data in ERP system and be able to reconcile VAT records and bank reconciliation.
4. Good communication and customer service skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Organization skills
8. Confidentiality
