Job Description

Candidates need to have an experience in Architect and building. This process requires people with an architecture or building engineering background.

Responsibilities:

1. Roof Reports
2. Seismic Assessments
3. Seismic Reports
4. PCAs, etc. After reviewing these reports, they will update relevant information matching our schema on to a platform.

Academic Qualifications

1. Background in architecture or building engineering

Technical Qualifications

1. Ability to read and translate Roof Reports, Seismic Assessments, Seismic Reports, PCAs, etc.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
3. Need to work CST or PST time zone
4. Strong knowledge of structural design and a working knowledge of general building systems.
5. General understanding the International Code Council Building Codes, ASCE7, and associated standards.
6. Able to adapt to changing environment

Experience

1. Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
